EJ Solutions SA is committed to producing disinfectant products that consistently meet customer requirements, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, internal quality specifications and relevant standards of safety, effectiveness and reliability.

The company recognises that the quality of its products is essential for maintaining customer confidence, protecting users and supporting responsible use of disinfectants in professional environments. For this reason, quality is considered an integral part of all company activities, including purchasing, production, quality control, storage, release, delivery, customer communication and post-market feedback handling.

EJ Solutions SA is committed to maintaining and continually improving an effective Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. The Quality Management System supports the company in ensuring controlled processes, defined responsibilities, documented procedures, traceability, risk-based thinking and evidence-based decision-making.

EJ Solutions SA is committed to:

• ensuring that products are manufactured in accordance with approved specifications and controlled production processes;
• complying with applicable legal, regulatory and customer requirements relevant to disinfectant products and the markets in which they are supplied;
• selecting, approving and monitoring suppliers and outsourced service providers whose materials or services may affect product quality;
• maintaining appropriate control over raw materials, packaging materials, labelling, production records, quality control results and product release;
• ensuring that personnel involved in activities affecting quality are competent, trained and aware of their responsibilities;
• monitoring customer feedback, complaints, nonconformities and process performance in order to identify opportunities for improvement;
• applying corrective actions where necessary to eliminate causes of nonconformities and prevent recurrence;
• supporting responsible environmental protection practices related to chemical handling, storage, production, waste management and the use of disinfectant products, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
• supporting continual improvement of the Quality Management System, product quality, customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
